National Bank of Moldova, RTGS System
The contract for the supply and integration of the payment system, financed by National Bank of Moldova, was signed in March 2005. The solution has been developed and implemented by CMA within the agreed time frame and budget together with a local partner – S&T Moldova, which was responsible for primary support of the system during the process of solution implementation and immediately after its launch.
Payment system of National Bank of Moldova is based on CMA’s RTS/X (Real Time Gross Settlement System) and BCS/X (Bulk Clearing and Settlement System) that are both based on PIE® original integration technology. To this date the system has 16 commercial banks – participants of the system.
Status: The system went into live operation in April 2006 according to the project schedule
