DEPO/X full-function Central Depository System from CMA Small Systems

DEPO/X is a full-function Central Depository System with auction plug-in. It supports advanced issue registration facility based on locally accepted or ISIN numbering scheme and multi-layer Participant hierarchy including Custodian, Agent, and Beneficiary Owner. The system supports flexible algorithms for interest proceeds, coupon payments, amortization and maturity. It also provides seamless integration with RTGS system for DvP models I, II and III. Provides a framework for REPO operations including tri-party REPO with collateral arrangements. Incorporates matching functionality for support of OTC trades. The system can be integrated with one or more stock exchanges and settlement institutions to deliver a high level of services to investors, custodians, market participants and issuers. Includes auction plug-in module (see AUCT/X system) for managing of auctions within depository infrastructure. It is successfully implemented in 2 countries.
